Returns

To be eligible:

• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of approval/rejection
• If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
